HIGHWAY HORROR STORY!!CREEPY ONE..

“The Beast of the Black Highway”

It was 11:55 PM.

The highway was almost empty.

Dark clouds covered the sky.

Lightning flashed occasionally, and for a split second the world became visible—then everything sank back into darkness.

A white car sped along the lonely road.

Behind the wheel was Amit Chaudhary, 42 years old.

In the passenger seat sat his wife, Sandhya.

At the back were their two children —

12-year-old Rohan and 8-year-old Pari.

They were returning to the city after attending a wedding in their ancestral village.

Before leaving, an old villager had warned them:

“Do not take the forest highway at night… strange things have been happening there.”

Amit had laughed.

“Superstitions,” he had said confidently.

But that night…

he was about to learn that not every warning is meaningless.

 The Silent Stretch

As soon as they entered the forest section of the highway,

their mobile network disappeared.

The road was narrow.

Tall trees leaned inward as if trying to swallow the asphalt.

Sandhya spoke softly,

“Amit… maybe slow down. It feels strange here.”

“I’ve driven worse roads,” he replied casually.

The children had fallen asleep.

Suddenly—

A dark shadow dashed across the headlights.

Amit slammed the brakes.

The car screeched.

“What was that?!” Sandhya gasped.

Amit stepped out and looked around.

Nothing.

The road was empty.

The forest was silent.

Too silent.

 The Sound on the Roof

They continued driving.

Five minutes later—

THUD.

Something landed on the roof of the car.

Then another sound.

THUD. THUD.

As if something heavy was crawling above them.

Sandhya grabbed Amit’s arm.

“Please stop!”

Amit pulled over and stepped out again.

He looked at the roof.

There were deep claw marks —

long, curved, unnatural.

They looked like animal marks.

But far too large.

The Creature

Suddenly, bushes rustled nearby.

Lightning struck again.

And in that brief flash—

They saw it.

It stood at least seven feet tall.

Its body was covered in thick black fur.

Its arms were abnormally long.

Its legs bent in an unnatural angle.

Its eyes glowed red.

It looked half-human… half-animal.

Pari woke up and began crying.

Amit rushed back inside and locked all doors.

The creature moved slowly toward the car.

It dragged its claws along the window glass.

SCRRRAAAATCH.

The Chase

“Drive!” Rohan screamed.

Amit turned the key.

For a moment—

The engine refused to start.

The creature’s face moved closer to the windshield.

Its breath fogged the glass.

Then suddenly, the engine roared to life.

Amit accelerated.

The car sped forward.

But the creature ran beside them.

It was impossibly fast.

Its red eyes stared directly into the car.

Sandhya began chanting prayers under her breath.

The Crash

Suddenly,

A fallen tree blocked the road.

Amit didn’t see it in time.

The car crashed violently.

Everything went dark for a moment.

When Amit opened his eyes—

The car door was open.

The creature was there.

It bent down.

Its breath smelled rotten.

It reached inside and grabbed Rohan.

“No!” Sandhya screamed.

Amit tried to pull his son back—

But the creature was unnaturally strong.

It dragged Rohan into the forest.

His screams faded into the darkness.

One by One

Amit and Sandhya grabbed Pari and tried to escape.

But the creature returned.

This time it attacked Sandhya.

Amit struck it with a rock.

It didn’t even flinch.

It pulled Sandhya into the trees.

Her screams echoed…

then disappeared.

Pari was shaking uncontrollably.

Amit held her tightly.

“We need to run,” he whispered.

The Final Sacrifice

They tried to flee.

But the creature appeared again.

It knocked Amit to the ground.

He looked at Pari one last time.

“Run. Don’t look back.”

The creature grabbed him.

Dragged him into the darkness.

Pari ran.

She ran until her legs gave up.

She collapsed on the roadside.

 The Morning After

At dawn, travelers found a little girl lying unconscious beside a wrecked car.

Police searched the forest.

They found nothing.

No bodies.

No blood.

Only deep claw marks carved into trees.

Pari was the only survivor.

The only witness.

 Years Later

Pari grew up.

But she never forgot that night.

Experts claimed it was a wild animal attack.

Some said it might have been a bear.

Others dismissed her story entirely.

But Pari knew.

It wasn’t an animal.

It was something else.

Something darker.

Because that night, her father had been drinking at the wedding.

He had been speeding.

Earlier on the road, they had ignored an injured stray dog lying helplessly near the highway.

Maybe…

Some forces of nature are not forgiving.

Maybe the forest remembers.
